John Castor | Speaker biography

John Castor is a sales leader, marathon runner, founder, and speaker. Raised in Haiti before moving to America as a child, he learned business in his mother’s salon and spent nearly a decade in sales and leadership. His talks draw on earning trust with teams, going from roughly 285 pounds to completing a marathon, and teaching himself to build software with AI. In 2023, he completed his first marathon and earned his bachelor’s degree three weeks later. He is the founder of Kouri, a running app in active development, and is building Limye around practical AI and business systems.
